John-Paul is generally available for in-person meetings anywhere in Alberta and British Columbia, and for meetings by videoconference, in weeks marked “Available in person, Alberta and British Columbia.” John-Paul is only available for meetings by videoconference, and meetings in Calgary, in weeks marked “Available in person, Calgary area.” He is not available in weeks marked “Writing week,” except for short, urgent matters that cannot otherwise be accommodated.

Days with bookings (marked “Booked” or “Reserved, subject to change”) in white text on a blue background indicate that the entire day is unavailable. Bookings shown in black text on a white background, indicate that the day is only partially booked and show the start time of each meeting. Click on each booking to see the hours that have been set aside; half-day and shorter meetings are often available.
